For all requests related to unique travel arrangements, please be in touch with the IC Customer Service Team so we can work with you in advance of IC to be as accommodating as possible.

INFORMATION FOR TEENS COMING FROM THE WEST COAST

For our West Coast attendees, please assure families we will have the Orlando airport staffed early (by about 8AM with first buses coming to the hotel mid-morning) for red-eye arrivals, and we’ll staff it later into the evening to ensure that all teens are greeted enthusiastically. Our goal is to try to have all teens on site at the hotel by 6:30PM to eat and be ready for Opening Ceremonies at 8PM. If there are questions, contact our IC Customer Support Team.
