FLORIDA — Lets MAKE JEWISH HISTORY

BBYO International Convention (IC) 2018 is coming to Orlando from February 15-19, 2018 and BBYO's regions across Florida — Gold Coast, Miami and North Florida — are already preparing for our Movement's largest moment to date. There are many ways for you, your family, the Orlando Jewish community and Jewish communities across Florida to take part in all that IC has to offer. Get involved today!

HOST

Our international delegates and staff, from dozens of countries around the world, arrive between Thursday, February 8 and Wednesday, February 14 to experience Jewish teen life in the IC 2018 Host Region. Host families are needed to welcome our international teen leaders as they enjoy a fun-filled schedule before IC officially starts.

VOLUNTEER

300+ volunteers are needed on-site and around Orlando in a variety of roles from Wednesday, February 15 through Monday, February 19. Opportunities for volunteering will be distributed across convenient shifts, and all volunteers are provided with full access to IC including signature events like Opening Ceremonies, IC Limmud and the IC Mega Event Concert.

PARTNER

FY18-IC-Website-Host-Community-3.jpg

BBYO is seeking corporate, nonprofit, collegiate and other relevant brands to partner with and/or sponsor IC 2018, to help amplify our historic program while giving attendees a feel for Orlando's spirit and culture. If you are a part of a local/national organization interested in Brand Partnership at IC 2018, please email us with a description of your company’s services.  Selected IC Brand Partners will have access to thousands of influential teens, alumni, staff, and friends of BBYO from around the world. Visit the IC Partner page to learn more about available opportunities!

CELEBRATE

FY18-IC-Website-Host-Community-4.jpg

Join us before and during IC for special community-wide events, for all local Jewish teens and friends of BBYO of all ages. Many events are open to all family members - including eighth graders - and some events are exclusive to Jewish teens (regardless of BBYO membership!). Parents of all Orlando area teens can participate in IC via a 'Community Pass' which will be offered in the weeks ahead of IC. Additional Community Passes will be available to BBYO parents across Florida that wish to join us at IC.

In the coming months, we’ll be in touch regularly with updates about IC planning and opportunities for our community to come together to celebrate the world's largest gathering of Jewish teen leaders in 2018!

For more information about all of these opportunities, please contact Laura Ross, IC 2018 Host Region Director or the IC Leadership Team.
